At Super Star Pets, we’re committed to delivering your pet wellness essentials quickly, safely, and reliably. Below is our shipping policy for orders placed through www.superstarpets.sg.

 
Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Singapore (Island-wide)

  • Selected Southeast Asian countries (including Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines)

For international orders outside Southeast Asia, please contact us directly at superstarpetssg@gmail.com.

Processing & Delivery Times
  • Order Processing: 1–2 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays)

  • Singapore Delivery: 2–4 business days

  • Southeast Asia Delivery: 5–10 business days (depending on location)

Please note that delivery times may vary due to high order volume, festive periods, or courier delays.

 
Shipping Fees

Singapore:

  • Free delivery for orders SGD $100 and above

  • Flat-rate shipping of SGD $10 for orders below $100

Southeast Asia:

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can follow your delivery status via the provided courier link.

 
Delivery Issues

If your order is:

  • Delayed,

  • Lost, or

  • Damaged upon arrival,

please contact us at superstarpetssg@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
